Transformation Tips to Success!

Watch the short inspirational video above for a summary of the transformation tips! I teach a very powerful manifesting spiritual law.  It says, "Your sense of self, creates your reality."

 

So if you are connected to your bigger self, you will create a higher vibrational reality than if you are connected to your more wounded, dis-empowered parts. Because you can't control everything, the most effective strategies for manifesting success are outlined below!

fdfdfdTip 1: Assess what emotion or belief is holding you back

Connect to your body.  Feel the energy and sensations in your body that feel powerful and aligned.  Yet, note where in your body you feel nothing, and note where in your body you feel disconnected. (If you need help connecting to our body, click here for a "how to" video.)

 

Imagine you know exactly what is the negative belief or emotion of that disconnection. When reaching for a goal, and wanting to be successful, often times, the negative emotion will be fear of failure or feelings of "not being enough."

 

weightlifting-1-1Tip 2: Energetic Weight Lifting to Shift the Negative and Embody the Positive

While noticing where the energy of the negative emotion or belief is held in your body, do a mobilization technique to move your body. As you move your body imagine/feel the energy of personal power come in.  As it comes in, let that strong personal power energy melt and dissolve away the fear, insecurity or dis-empowered feelings.

 

For instance, you can take a rolled up yoga mat and hit your bed 10 times (no more than 10) while you align to feel the energy of personal power in your body. This movement will bring a huge charge of power into your energy field.

 

Or you can run/bike/hike up a big hill while you align to feel the sensation and emotion of personal power.  I call this technique energetic weight lifting.  It is when you learn to cultivate strong positive energy to shift and transform the negative feelings, false self and emotions holding you back from success!  Just as in weight lifting, do sets. 

 

Spend 10 minutes or 10 movements (such as hitting/kicking), then pause to receive the sensations into your body of the clear and embodied power.  Then do another set, pause to receive.  And lastly one more set, then pause and receive the energy of support.

Tip 3: Differentiate and Individualize Your Sense of Self From Failure

If your sense of self is linked to a specific external level of "winning" you risk turning out like Charlie Sheen and could fail to understand that a rock in the stream does not define your inner value.  It is only a rock! You are the stream that keeps flowing! And, with kindness, an explorer's mind-set, wisdom and support - you can use the "failure" to create something amazing.  After all, did you know that former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher lost so many elections that she was told to quit!

 

A "loss" is only information.  It is your job to understand and receive the wisdom it was meant to bring!
